The Project Team
The Polish Scottish Heritage project has a team of 4 part time staff, supported by volunteers and a freelance multimedia team. The Project Manager Lidia Krzynowek is responsible for leadership and delivering the overall success of the project through effective external working and good internal organizational management.
Alongside the project manager stands a team of professionals with skills and experience in research, outreach and marketing, actively working to discover, interpret and present interesting shared heritage stories, engage with the community and promote the project to a wider audience.
